All items are made to order, therefore, unless otherwise noted in the description, all items ship within 7-10 business days.

Yep!  Every item is handmade by the designer.

The shop is open 24/7. If you have any questions we will reply as quickly as possible.

We are very excited to be able to offer international orders. However, please keep in mind the you are responsible for all taxes, tariffs, VAT taxes and/or fees based on your countries laws. We are not responsible for the additional fees imposed once your order arrives.

Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Due to most sellers being unable to predict which of these fees, if any will be applied, and most platforms not expecting sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes, customs fees are between the buyer and their own country.

If you need an item quickly, please send me a message prior to ordering. I will be able to let you know if a rush is possible with this order. If so, I will direct you to the “Rush my Order” Listing.

Keep in mind orders placed with the "rush" option cannot be cancelled as they are processed immediately.

If you realize you gave me the wrong address, then send me a message ASAP and I will fix the error. 

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for shipping issues if you change the address after your item has already been shipped.

Additionally, if your order is returned to me from USPS you will have to repay shipping as a new label will have to be printed.

Reasons for cancellation can include:

Not being able to reach a customer with questions
I no longer have a certain component available, or
I am unable to complete an item by a specific date.

Yes! We offer a warranty for up to 60 days after delivery. The warranty comes with one free repair. In the event of a design flaw, i.e broken beads, knots coming undone, bracelet unravels and similar, we will repair the piece. If we are unable to repair, we will replace the bracelet free of charge.
